CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
MONDAY:
12-1:15, Studio Be: All Levels Foundation
This class is designed to introduce all types of basic poses and build a foundation of breath awareness, proper alignment, strength and flexibility to all practitioners. This class progresses with the motto: deep, not fast. Appropriate for beginners.
4-5:30pm, Movement Climbing & Fitness: Advanced Yoga Practices
This class is for students with an existing intermediate to advanced yoga practice who wish to challenge themselves physically, participate in Sanskrit chanting, and further their exploration of breathing and meditation. Each class will include themed postures of all types, a detailed pranayama, chanting, or meditation practice, and savasana.
TUESDAY:
10:30-11:30, Colorado Athletic Club: Level 2 Vinyasa Flow
This class begins with instructional warm-ups and alignment exercises to set a foundation for deeper movements and exploration to come. The class moves through basic and more complex sun salutations and standing poses, and builds progressively to any variety of other poses, including arm balances, backbends, and inversions.
12-1:15, Studio Be: Intermediate Flow
This class is designed for students with an existing yoga practice who are ready to deepen and expand their understanding. Sun salutations and standing pose vinyasas are included to create energy and develop meditative awareness. The class explores more complex standing poses, backbends, inversions, twists, arm balances and other poses through careful sequencing and detailed alignment instructions.
WEDNESDAY:
4-5:15 pm, Studio Be: Level 1 Foundation
This class is designed to introduce all types of basic poses and build a foundation of breath awareness, proper alignment, strength and flexibility to all practitioners. Good studentship, acceptance, and respect are cultivated.
6-7:45 pm, Studio Be: Level 2/3 Foundation
This is class is for intermediate, advanced, and advancing students who are ready for deeper inquiry, more challenge, and fun in a supportive environment! This class often begins with chanting, and may also include guided pranayama practice. Standing pose vinyasa sequences are included to create energy and meditative flow, and more complex poses of all kinds are taught with brilliant sequencing, detailed alignment instructions, and appropriate modifications. This class is not suitable for beginners.

This is class is for intermediate, advanced, and advancing students who are ready for deeper inquiry, more challenge, and fun exploration in gravity! Standing pose vinyasa sequences create energy, and the class progresses quickly into more complex poses of all kinds, including arm balances, inversions, and backbends.
12-1:30 pm, Studio Be: All Levels Flow
This class is designed for all levels of inquisitive practitioners who are ready for deeper movements and more exploration into a broad variety of poses. Sun salutations and standing pose vinyasas may be included, and the class progresses deeply, though not necessarily at a fast pace, into more complex poses of all kinds. Variations for all levels of practice are given in a very supportive and caring environment.
